Stuffed eggs


An aperitif that we like and since we haven't done it for a long time, I said to make: D

  • 6 eggs
  • a pate (100 gr)
  • a tablespoon of mustard
  • a tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 ml oil

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed eggs:

Eggs are boiled, when they are boiled, peeled and cut in half.

Mix half of the yolks with the pate, margarine and season with salt and pepper. Stir until it becomes a paste and fill the egg halves

Mayonnaise

The other half of the yolks, with a tablespoon of sour cream and one of mustard, mix well, then add the oil one by one, stirring constantly.
