Cheese and Bacon Muffin Ingredients

  1. Flour 250 g.
  2. Butter 70 g
  3. Milk 170 ml.
  4. Baking powder 2 tsp
  5. Granulated garlic 2 tsp.
  6. 2 eggs
  7. Soda ½ tsp
  8. Sugar ½ tsp
  9. Salt ½ tsp
  10. Bacon 60 g
  11. Hard cheese 100 g.
  12. Dill 1 bunch.
  • Main ingredients: Pork, Milk, Cheese, Flour, Greens
  • Portion 10 pieces

Making muffins with cheese and bacon:

Cut the cheese into a small cube.

Cut the bacon into thin slices.

Chop dill with a knife.

Beat eggs with a fork.

Melt butter, add dill, eggs and milk, mix.

Stir dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt, soda, garlic.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix with a spoon. Add the filling, mix and fill with molds with dough.

Bake muffins in a preheated oven to 205 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

Remove the prepared muffins from the molds, put on a dish, serve slightly cooled.
