Cooking shrimp soup in a slow cooker:

Step 1: Prepare the carrots and onions.

Peel and wash the carrots, then chop on a coarse grater.

Peel the onion, remove the tail, chop with a grater. Of course, you can just finely chop the vegetables, but the consistency of the soup will be slightly different.
On the multicooker, select the mode "Bakery products", pour a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil on its bottom, pour grated onions and carrots and stew them slightly, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the potatoes.

Rinse and peel the potatoes by removing the eyes, then cut into medium-sized cubes. Do not let potatoes with dark spots or eyes get into the soup, they can ruin the taste of the finished dish.
Boil purified water. Add the potatoes to the slow cooker and fill with water. Change instrument mode to "Extinguishing" and start cooking.

Step 3: Add the processed cheese.

Without losing time, until the soup has just begun to cook, grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater and add to the slow cooker to vegetables. Salt, pepper a little and set the timer to 40 minutes, close the lid and cook.

Step 4: Add the tomato.

Rinse the tomato and cut into small cubes. As soon as 10 minutes are left until the soup is ready, place the slices of tomato inside the multicooker and continue cooking.

Step 5: Add the Shrimp.

Peeled shrimps are usually sold already cooked, so the second time we do not need to cook them and we will add them to the finished soup. To do this, after the necessary time has passed, put the multicooker into mode "Heating" and pour shrimp into the soup. Let us insist yet 5-7 minutes. If you want, add greens and pepper to taste at this point. Everything is ready, you can start serving.

Step 6: Serve the shrimp soup.

Prawn soup cooked in a slow cooker, pour into deep plates, divided into portions or pour into a tureen. Garnish your meal with fresh green onions and herbs. Enjoy the delicate taste and aroma.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Optionally, you can not add tomato to the soup.

- The amount of cheese can be adjusted to obtain a less or more pronounced taste.

- Cream cheese can also be taken in the bath, not in the briquette. In this case, just add it to the slow cooker using a tablespoon.

- If you took the unpeeled shrimp, then pour them with boiling water to make it easier to remove the shell and add to the soup five minutes before being ready.
