Cherry jam

1. I washed the cherries, took out the seeds and cut them in half.

2. In a tall pot, so as not to splash when it boils, I put the cherries, the sugar mixed with gelfix and I mixed.

3. I put the pot on the fire and when it started to boil, I started chewing with a wooden spoon, over high heat, for 3 minutes.

4. I put the still hot jam in the jars, I closed the lid well and that's it !!!

I got three jars and a half of 250g.
