Ingredients for Rasols Salad Preparation

Cooking Rasols Salad:

Step 1: Prepare the meat.


To prepare the salad, beef needs to be boiled, for this, place it in a pan, fill it with water and put on fire. You need to cook meat from 1 to 1.5 hours. Ready cooked beef should be soft and easily pierced with a knife.
Remove the boiled meat from the pan, cool slightly, cut into small pieces, for example, cubes.

Step 2: Prepare Herring.


Blot herring fillet with a paper towel from the marinade. Check the fish for small bones, remove them if necessary. Cut herring into small cubes.

Step 3: Prepare the potatoes.


Rinse and peel potatoes. Then cook it until cooked. Check the readiness of the potato with a knife or fork, it should be easily pierced. After the potatoes are cooked, cut them into small cubes.

Step 4: Prepare the beets.

Wash the beets from the ground and dirt, put them in a pot of water and put on fire, bring to a boil, reduce. After that, cook more 40 minutes. Check the readiness in the same way as with potatoes by piercing with a knife or fork.

Step 5: Prepare the eggs.


Lay eggs in salted water, put on fire. After the water boils, reduce and cook for another 15 minutes. Cool the finished eggs under a stream of cold water and shell. Diced peeled boiled eggs.

Step 6: Prepare the pickles.


Remove the pickles from the can and, like other vegetables, cut into medium-sized cubes.

Step 7: Prepare the apples.


Peel the apples, remove the core and seeds. Cut the peeled apples into large cubes or thin slices, as you like.

Step 8: We are preparing refueling.


This salad needs a special dressing. To do this, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, add mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to them. Mix the whole mixture well with a whisk. Put the finished dressing in the refrigerator on 15-20 minuteswhile collecting the salad.

Step 9: Mix the salad.


Lay sliced ​​vegetables one after another in any order convenient for you, anyway, in the end we will mix all the ingredients. When all the products are in the salad bowl, remove the dressing from the refrigerator and add the salad, mix. It is most convenient to mix with two tablespoons. Your salad is ready, send it to brew and cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After you can serve.

Step 10: serve the salad.


Serve the Rasols salad in a large salad bowl, or arrange in small portions in small portions. Garnish with apple slices, eggs, or pickles with greens.
