Step 3: Bake the casserole.


Lubricate the mold with butter and lay out the curd-rice mass. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake until tender, until golden brown, about 30-40 minutes. The crust usually begins to form from the edges, so wait until the middle is baked, as soon as this happens, remove the casserole, cool and serve.
