Pancakes with nutella


Put the whole egg and the two yolks in a bowl. Mix at maximum speed until they become foamy and light in color.

Add flour, sugar, milk and whipped cream. We continue mixing at maximum speed.

Remove the butter from the fridge in time to reach room temperature (If not, heat it in the microwave and then let it cool). Add the butter to the bowl and continue mixing.

I just posted on my YouTube channel a recipe for fluffy pancakes with Nutella and I thought I'd save it on the blog, for the sake of the times when I was writing here every day.

Most of the time I make thin pancakes (French) because I like them more, but this year I learned to make fluffy pancakes and I kept making them in this shape until I fell in love with them. My first attempts at pancakes were a kind of normal pancakes (I used the same recipe) in which I put more flour and I was upset that it doesn't come out like in the pictures on instagram. :)) But one day I said to try the recipe from Ioana Grama, which I personalized a little with what I knew from 15 years of experience making normal pancakes. So I used the same rules: I didn't put sugar in the composition and I made the recipe with coconut milk, which has a much better taste and gives them a more interesting flavor.

For me, the stack of pancakes with a drop of syrup on top and 3 strawberries does not mean happiness. I like to put cream on each pancake and fruit to balance the taste. I usually use bananas, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.

I'm sure the internet is full of delicious pancake recipes, that's just my version. I make pancakes at least once a week (either crepes or pancakes) and they are among my favorite desserts, along with the holy ice cream.

Pancakes with Bananas, Mango and Nutella

Beat the whipped cream then put it in the fridge. Put the butter, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla extract in a small saucepan and heat over low heat until the butter has melted. Put flour, eggs and the mixture in the pan in a blender.
