Pour yeast into warm water and stir until completely dissolved. Pour oil into this mixture, salt, add sugar. Then gradually pour the flour, sifting it through a strainer, and stirring constantly. When the mass becomes uniform and viscous, leave it to rise in a warm place, for example, on the battery, covering it with a towel. It may take about an hour before the dough rises. As soon as this happens, remove it from the pan and knead it, gradually giving the future bread a spherical shape. The better you knead the dough, the more magnificent the bread will be. Send the formed dough to the slow cooker. It must rise again. For this, set the temperature to 40 degrees and leave our workpiece inside for 40 minutes.
After the dough finally rises, we begin to bake bread. Since we use such a miracle of technology as a multicooker for this purpose, just put it in the "Baking" mode, set a timer for 60 minutes and do what you like. After the necessary time has passed, return to the half-finished bread and remove it from the slow cooker. You will see that the top is still not baked, so put the bread back by turning it over. Set aside to cook for another 25 minutes.
Do not rush to get the finished bread, leave it to stand in the multicooker turned off for 30 minutes. That's all! Your wonderful homemade bread is ready! Cool it and serve.
