Jam cake

I recommend a simple and tasty cake

  • 5oua
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 150ml oil
  • 300g flour
  • 1powder baking powder
  • grated lemon peel
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 volcano with jam
  • 1powder of whipped cream

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Beat the yolks well with oil like mayonnaise, add the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt, sugar, flavors and at the end the flour mixed with baking powder and sifted, pour into a smaller tray lined with baking paper and leave in the oven 40min

After it has cooled, cut the top in half, put jam between the sheets and top with whipped cream prepared according to the instructions on the envelope.
