Soup with broccoli, dumplings and sour cream


I had a broccoli captain and a little time. I prepared a tasty broccoli soup in less than half an hour.

  • 1 broccoli capatana
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons white flour
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION Soup with broccoli, dumplings and sour cream:


  • Chop the onion, pepper, hot pepper and garlic.

  • Saute in oil until the onion begins to become glassy. Salt.

  • Wash the broccoli and divide it into bunches. Chop the broccoli stalks.

  • Do not throw away broccoli leaves and stems.

  • Cut and sauté at first with the other vegetables [because they need to be cooked more than the inflorescences ..

  • Pour 2 l of hot water over the sauteed vegetables.

  • For the speed of preparation, heat the water with the help of the kettle.

  • From two beaten eggs, mixed with white flour, salt and 2 tablespoons oil, prepare the dough for dumplings.

  • When the water boils, reduce the intensity of the boiling and use a spoon to prepare small dumplings.

  • The bay leaf is placed towards the end of the preparation. Boiled too much it will give bitterness.

  • After 5 minutes, add the broccoli bouquets.

  • Do not let it boil too much because the bouquets will change their color too much when boiled too much.

  • Add sour cream diluted with hot juice. Pepper. Sour with lemon juice as desired.
