Potato soup


The simplest soup I've ever made.

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable soup (recipe: carrots, celery, parsley grated, chopped green celery, coarse salt)
  • 1 small onion
  • sour cream
  • tarragon
  • tarragon vinegar, lemon juice or lemon salt for souring (optional)

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Potato soup:

Peel the potatoes, onion and wash. Finely chop the onion and cook with the vegetable soup for 20 minutes, then add the diced potatoes, tarragon and salt, if necessary. After boiling the potatoes, sour the soup (optional).

It must be served;) with sour cream and onion salad.
