Crispy wings


Cut the chicken wings from each wrist. The tip is discarded, only the 2 largest parts are used.

The cornflakes crumble, but very little, they do not have to be completely passed. Put flour in one plate and beaten eggs in another.

I added over the flour and salt, pepper and sweet paprika (if you want them to be spicy, you can use hot paprika).

The wings are given first through flour, then through egg, then through cornflakes and put in hot oil to fry.

Leave them on medium heat on both sides, then take them out on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil.


Hot wings

I propose a fairly simple recipe, but much healthier than the spicy wings from KFC or other similar fast foods. Delicious spicy wings, made at home!

Perfect for lunch or dinner or even for the next day's work package.

Ingredients for spicy wings

  • 6-8 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • spices: CHILI (main ingredient)
  • pepper, salt
  • chicken spices (I use chicken spices from Galeo that they recently discovered. They are quite cheap, about 1.2 RON package)

Boil the chicken wings until they boil. Meanwhile, in a pan, melt the 2 tablespoons of butter and then add one by one, the other ingredients. Mix until a homogeneous and quite dense sauce is obtained. The spices are added to taste, but be very careful with the chilli because depending on the company that produces it, it can be extremely spicy. For example, the chilli from Fuchs or Galeo is extremely spicy, while the one produced by Cosmin is quite sweet. Don't forget to heat the oven.

Take a fairly large pan and fill it half with water. Cover with the lid upside down and grease the lid with a tablespoon of oil. After boiling the wings, place them on the lid and grease them with a previously prepared sauce. Put the pan in the oven and leave it for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is browned and a crust is made.

As a slightly more sophisticated recipe for dinner, but with a low degree of difficulty, we recommend these crispy baked chicken wings. The secret of the recipe lies in the use of baking powder. The cooking time of the crispy chicken wings is 10 minutes, and the cooking time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

This dish goes perfectly with a fragrant honey sauce with garlic.

Ingredients for crispy chicken wings:

2 kilograms of chicken wings, cut in half
2 tablespoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
extra-virgin olive oil

4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2-3 cloves of chopped garlic

5 steps to prepare crispy chicken wings:

1. To make the chicken wings, leave them uncovered in the fridge for a few hours. If you do not have time, you can use a paper towel to dry them.

2. Heat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius and place a shelf slightly below the middle of the oven and one slightly below it. Put baking paper in a baking tray, over which you put a shelf, like the one on the grill, and sprinkle with a little olive oil.

3. Add the wings to a large bowl or sealing bag. Add baking powder and salt and mix well to cover evenly. Add the wings on the baking tray in a single layer, with the skin facing up. Put the chicken wings in the middle of the oven and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Move the wings to the top shelf and raise the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius. Leave in the oven for 40-50 minutes, turning the tray in half. Remove the pan from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.

5. To prepare the honey sauce with garlic, add all the ingredients in a bowl large enough to soften the chicken wings. Mix well until you get a homogeneous composition and serve with the chicken prepared in the oven.

How to make crispy chicken at home like at KFC!

This dish is to everyone's liking - juicy chicken on the inside and crispy on the outside.

INGREDIENT:

-chicken legs (or wings)

-adjica (spicy spice based on red pepper, salt, and garlic) and mustard

-corn flakes - not sweet.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add adjica, mustard, salt, spices and mix everything well.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of starch and mix well, not lumpy.

3.Pour a little milk and mix.

4.Put the chicken legs, washed and dried, in a bowl, pour the composition with spices, mix and set aside the meat.

5. Grind the cornflakes with a blender or manually.

6. Mix the cornflakes with the remaining starch.

7. Pass each piece of meat through the cornflakes and fry them, over medium heat, in a deep pan or saucepan with a sufficient amount of hot oil.

Remove the chicken legs on a paper towel and serve them with tomato sauce, garlic sauce or any other you like best.
