The beef is well cleaned and boiled.
Then take the meat and cut it into cubes.
Meanwhile, clean the vegetables and wash them well and chop them (cut the carrots into slices, julienned onions and sliced peppers).
In a pot put it to harden, in hot oil with a spoonful of water, onion and meat.
When the onion starts to soften, add the pepper.
Put a cup of water, cover with a lid and let it simmer.
After about 15 minutes, add the carrot.
Add wine and water to cover the meat, and let it boil.
In the meantime, we fry the frozen green beans, I always do.
After it has boiled for another 20 minutes, add the tomato paste and a teaspoon of basil, and let it boil again.
When we see that the beef starts to boil, we add the green beans.
Leave for about 10 minutes and add the garlic, cut into slices.
Rub the flour with a little of the food sauce and then pour it into the food.
Stir from time to time, after adding flour, so as not to stick.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Eating green beans
How good it is when you go to the market and find a lot of fresh vegetables, the ideas come immediately and due to the freshness the final product is fabulous. I really like green beans and because I found this round one (which I like more) I thought of making a delicious dish out of it.
200 gr smoked pork ribs
I cleaned and cut the beans into small pieces, I cut the meat into cubes of about 2 cm and also the ribs.
I put a pan on the fire with a little oil in which I then put the finely chopped onion and garlic, when they were fried a little (I didn't leave them much) I added the paprika, curry and a few bay leaves (2- 3 ).
I mixed well and then I added the meat, both fresh and smoked, I let it brown for a few minutes, then I added enough water to cover the meat and let it boil.
When the meat was cooked in a proportion of 50-60%, I added the green beans, I filled it with water and I left it to boil. After all the ingredients were well cooked, I added more salt (initially I didn't put it because the smoked ribs were salty and I preferred to let it boil so as not to overcook the food).
At the end of it, I put a teaspoon of food starch in a bowl and dissolved it with water and then I added it over the food to make it a little thicker. I don't use flour, but whoever wants can make this thick and with flour, we don't like it.
Green bean stew for winter
Eventually we add a few more drops of water.
If we do not have stomach problems, we can let the onion fry, it is tastier.
When the onion becomes translucent, add the roots. Mix them well with onions and let them simmer, covering the bowl again and sprinkling them with water from time to time.
We check the vegetables and when they start to penetrate, we add the green beans. Top with hot water until well covered.
In 15-20 minutes we will add the pepper, add more water, then leave the pot on medium heat until all the vegetables are well penetrated.
Add the tomato paste, the crushed garlic and after a few minutes we taste the stew and add the spices. We match the taste and salt and leave the pot on the fire for about 15 minutes. During this time we taste the stew and season it with what we think it needs.
Wash the jars and sterilize them in the hot oven for 5-6 minutes. Then fill them with hot stew, immediately screw the lids and put them in the oven with the fire on for 5 minutes.
After extinguishing the fire, we leave the jars in the oven until they cool down definitively and only then we pass them in the pantry.
The greens will be added during serving, when we heat the stew.
