Chicken soup with dumplings

Cut the chicken and boil it together with the cleaned vegetables in a saucepan with water. From time to time we take the foam that forms above the water from the meat. When the meat and vegetables have boiled, take them out of the pan, finely chop the vegetables and a little meat and add to the pan, a delicate cube of chicken and season with salt.

We make dumplings from beaten egg with semolina, oil and a little salt (semolina is added in the rain). With a spoon soaked in the soup, take the dumpling composition and add it to the soup. Add green parsley and let it boil for a while.
