The fish is cleaned, washed and portioned and then rubbed with salt.
Then add flour and fry in hot oil, put on an absorbent napkin.
In a bowl put the washed and finely chopped onions and peppers and add a little water to simmer well, add the can of tomatoes and broth. Add the water and boil until it becomes a sauce, add the fish, salt and pepper. then at the end add the washed and finely chopped parsley. Allow another 10 minutes to combine all the flavors.
