15. On a tray put baking paper greased with oil or if you prefer healthier put some branches or toothpicks so that the hen does not touch the surface of the tray.

16. Put the chicken in the oven for 60-80 minutes. the temperature of 180 ° C.

17. When it's ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit, put it on a larger plate with the belly up, put a flat plate on it, add weight and put it in the fridge (also with the sewn thread ) for 4-5 hours or per night.

18. Cut the cooked chicken into slices, cut in two halves and cut into slices of about 1.5 - 2 mm

Every time I start making chicken pie, I happen to have chicken breast and stay with some already cooked meat. Perfect time to quickly bury some stuffed pancakes for new adults, because it's Friday and there are recipes for adults in case you forgot :). I'm for adults because of the cream cheese, it's not too ok for children and because I put salt in the composition. I'll just tell you that they are super easy to make, although when you hear stuffed pancakes it may seem more complicated. The hardest thing is to make the pancakes, then everything goes by itself. Come on, I kissed you, I can't remember that my name is my life as a full-time job mom. I know, I complain a lot about this, but what do I do? I am a drama queen!

200g boiled chicken meat and finely chopped

100g mozzarella (cheese etc)

1. I turned on the oven to preheat it to 180 degrees.

2. I started making pancakes. In a bowl I put flour, egg and milk. I mixed well with the aim until I obtained a homogeneous mixture without lumps. At the end I put a little salt and pepper.

3. I prepared the pancake pan. For the first pancake I greased the pan with a little oil, then there is no need. I started to make the pancakes, over low heat for 2 minutes on each side. There were about 6 smaller ones in total, but you can make them even bigger.

4. In the meantime I also took care of the filling. I put the chicken in a larger bowl. Over it I added egg cream cheese and half the amount of mozzarella. I seasoned with salt and pepper, optionally they work well and some chilli flakes if you have them.

5. I homogenized everything with a spatula.

6. When the pancakes were ready, I took each one separately and filled them with 1-2 tablespoons of filling, I rolled them and put them like piglets in the tray.

7. I poured the remaining tomato sauce and mozzarella over them.

8. I left them in the oven until the cheese melted, about 20 minutes.

I made the pancake dough by mixing the above ingredients and left it to cool for about an hour.
Then I prepared the pancakes and adjusted the dough on the go according to my preferences.

8. Fill the chicken: put the first layer of 5 stuffed pancakes and grease them with the cheese mixture. Then place a layer of 4 pancakes and grease them with the cheese filling. Place the last layer of 3 pancakes and place the remaining cheese filling on top.

9. Wrap the chicken in leather and secure it with toothpicks or thread. Tie the wings and lower thighs with a thread so that the chicken gets a beautiful shape.

10. Line a baking sheet with paper, grease it with oil and place the stuffed chicken.
