Cherry cake

For starters, beat the cream with the caster sugar and the vanilla sugar ...

Mix the whipped cream obtained with mascarpone.

We take the first sheet of pandispan, we put over it the cream obtained above then the cherries ... we put the second sheet on top and we press a little ....

The chocolate melts and "draws" with it over the cake.

We put the cake in the fridge for 3-4 hours .... it is served with loved ones :)
