Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake in 2 colors:

Mix the dry ingredients (without cocoa), add mineral water and oil and mix until smooth.

Divide the composition into 2 and add in one cocoa and rum essence and in the other vanilla essence,

Pour the white composition into the tray lined with baking paper, bake for about 10 minutes

Remove from the oven, add slices of pears, pour the brown composition and put back in the oven for about 40 minutes, to pass the test with the toothpick,

Cut after cooling very well.


Cake in 2 colors with M & # 038M

First we wallpapered with baking paper a not very big cake shape (I had a shape of 20cm / 20cm).

Then we go on to prepare the brown top: melt the butter together with the chocolate over low heat or 1 minute in the microwave and mix well. Put the chocolate mixture in a bowl, add the sugar and eggs gradually and mix well with a wooden spoon. At the end, add flour. The result will be a thicker paste in which we mix the candies. Put the mixture in the lined tray and proceed to the preparation of the other part.

We mix the soft butter with the sugar. Add the egg and mix until well incorporated. Then add flour mixed with baking powder and mix with a spoon. And this resulting paste is more viscous. Add the candies and mix.

We put a white composition on top of the brown one and with the back of a stainless steel spoon watered with water we even out it.

Put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Leave to cool and then portion. I didn't have patience and the M & ampM candies don't look too good on me.

The Metru-Meteres Piskota cake is an old cake that my mother prepared every Christmas or Easter. It was a holiday then to have such a cake in the house. The puddings were only found in Hungary and as in those times of the years & # 821780 you were not allowed to leave the country, we stocked up when the Hungarians from abroad came to the market and brought for sale all kinds of products that were not found in our country.

I don't know if you still remember those who live in the west of the country, especially how good were those hazelnuts pulled in the glaze, Dunakavics. As I was saying, my mother made supplies of pudding and margarine (because I had never seen butter brought for sale) from the market and made us this Cake at Metru-Meteres Piskota. What would I not give to be able to go back in time, to be a child again.

8 eggs
10 tablespoons water
12 tablespoons oil
2 cups flour (250 ml dogs)
2 sugar dogs
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 baking powder

2 sachets of pudding of different colors
1 l milk

Preparation Cake Counter at Metru-Meteres Piskota
Put the 8 yolks in a bowl and add to them 10 tablespoons of water, 12 tablespoons of oil, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and grated peel of 1 lemon and the 2 cups of sugar and mix well with the mixer until it becomes foam.

Whisk the egg whites and gradually add to the rubbed yolk. Gradually add to this composition the 2 cups of flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Divide the resulting composition into 2 parts and put 2 tablespoons of cocoa in one. Pour the composition into 2 cake trays and bake in the preheated oven.
After baking the tops, take them out and leave them to cool and then slice them into slices about 1 cm thick.

Preparing Cream Cake at Metru-Meteres Piskota:

In an envelope of pudding put 5 tablespoons of sugar (you can put even more if you like sweeter) and 1/2 l milk and put it to boil. Do the same with the second pudding. After they have boiled, let them cool and then add 125 gr of frame to each and mix well.

Cake Assembly at Metru-Meteres Piskota:
We grease the slices cut from the two biscuits with these creams and then we place them alternately, a slice of white biscuit, then a black slice and so on until we finish the slices. Cover everything with chocolate icing.

Method of preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar. Gradually add sifted flour with baking powder. Then pour the sunflower oil and mineral water into a thin line. Divide the dough obtained into 2 equal parts.

In one of the two parts of the dough add 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Stir well.

In a tray lined with baking paper, pour the light dough and then the cocoa dough. Mix the 2 types of dough with a spoon to get, at the end, a top in two colors.Place the pitted cherries on top. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake the cherry cake for about 50 minutes.Baking time can vary from oven to oven, so it's a good idea to check the cake from time to time. You can do the toothpick test to see if the dough is baked.

Insert a toothpick in the middle of the dough. If the toothpick comes out clean it means that the top is baked. Instead, if there are traces of dough on the toothpicks, it means that the cake must be left in the oven.

After the cake is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool. If you want you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Cut the cake into cubes and serve it with your loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!


3-color cake & # 8211 Fluffy and creamy homemade cake with chocolate icing

This is a very simple dessert to prepare and is ideal for very hot summers because it is a cold, extremely good dessert. It is not very sweet and is suitable for both children and adults. It prepares in a short time and the result will not disappoint you.

Ingredients needed for the countertop:

  • 6 egg whites, 20 g of sugar
  • 10 g of melted butter, ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa

Cream ingredients:

  • ½ sachet of gelatin granules
  • 25 g of powdered sugar, 6 yolks
  • 250 gr of milk or bitter chocolate
  • 800 ml of liquid cream

How is it prepared?

We start with the preparation of the countertop because it must be cold when we assemble the cake. Whisk the egg whites together with the sugar and mix the melted butter with the 2 tablespoons of cocoa and gradually pour over the whipped egg whites - we do the same with the flour, sifted together with the baking powder. Lightly homogenize the whole composition and then pour it into the tray lined with baking paper.

I used a 28 × 37 cm tray and put it in the oven at 160-170 degrees until it is baked. When ready, remove the top and leave to cool.

Prepare the cream - the gelatin is dissolved with water and sugar and steamed until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and add the well-mixed yolks - mix everything.

Separately, the cream is mixed very well until it is firm, the gelatin composition is added and it is separated into 2 equal parts - the first part is mixed together with the melted chocolate and the second one remains like this.

Place the cooled top on a support or in a tray and over it add the chocolate composition - level well and then add the white composition.

The cake can be decorated with whipped cream or melted / grated chocolate - it depends on how you want it. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours and then serve.


Syrupy, fluffy two-tone croissants, recipe for croissants in 2 colors

After we have finished shaping the croissants, we put them in the tray lined with baking paper and we will put them in the preheated oven at 160 & degC for about 20 minutes.

Cheap chocolate cakes

For chocolate lovers, we have two recipes for cheap cakes and extremely simple. The first of them has as main ingredient dark chocolate and can be prepared even in the microwave. Each contains eight servings.

4. Dark chocolate cake

Chocolate is our favorite ingredient in cakes! I found a cheap and easy recipe that you can prepare whenever you feel like something sweet!

Ingredient:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 75 g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • a teaspoon of baking powder.

Method of preparation:

Melt the chocolate in 5 tablespoons of water and 100 g of butter, over medium heat, stirring constantly in it. Then beat the eggs well with the sugar, mix the flour with the baking powder and add it over the eggs. After that, incorporate the melted chocolate. Pour the composition into a form, preferably silicone, and place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. If you choose to cook it in the microwave, the baking time decreases to 5 minutes. It is very important to let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.

The dark chocolate cake costs about 10 lei, that is 1.25 lei a portion.

5. White chocolate cake

If you don't like dark chocolate, we have a version for you too! Try the cheap and fast cake with white chocolate, it is a delight!

Ingredient:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • & frac12 l milk
  • 200 g of white chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 115 g of flour
  • a tablespoon of water
  • a pinch of salt.

Method of preparation:

Start by rubbing the yolks with the sugar and a tablespoon of water. Melt 150 g of white chocolate together with butter in a bain marie, then add the melted chocolate over the yolks and mix. After that, add the flour, salt and milk that was previously lightly heated. Separately, beat the egg whites, then incorporate them into the dough. To bake the cake, it is recommended to use a silicone mold. Grease the form with butter and pour the composition, then put it in the oven, on the right heat, for about 45 minutes. After removing it from the oven, grate 50 g of white chocolate on top of it, then put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. After removing the cake from the oven and letting it cool a bit, if you want, you can add a white chocolate icing, but it is just as delicious without it.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Separately, mix the yolks well with the baking powder. Incorporate the two compositions and add 1 tablespoon of oil and 8 tablespoons of flour. Line the tray with baking paper, grease with butter and sprinkle with cherry pieces (without seeds).

Using a spoon, add half the amount of dough from time to time. Mix the other half with 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa and add it over the white dough.

After removing from the oven, turn over (the part with the cherry pieces will be on top) and spread the cream.

Cream: Boil the pudding with 400 ml of cherry compote, 200 g of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. (Mix a small amount of compote with the pudding powder and flour, and boil the rest of the compote together with the sugar when it starts to boil, add, using a sieve, the pudding mixture.)

After it has cooled, mix with 200 g of butter, using a mixer, until we obtain a frothy consistency.

Neapolitan cake with butter in 2 colors, delicious and easy to make

Ingredients needed for countertops:

- half an envelope of baking powder

Ingredients needed for the cream:

-120 gr liquid cream or whipped cream.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter in the microwave and set aside at room temperature.

In a bowl mix eggs with sugar, add melted butter, flour and baking powder.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Add cocoa to a portion of dough.

Grease the form and pour the dough with cocoa and bake for 15 minutes, writes fabricatinromania.info.

Mix the vanilla essence in the other portions of the dough and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes each, then let them cool completely to room temperature.

For the cream, cut the chocolate into small pieces. Heat the cream in a steaming bowl or microwave. Pour warm whipped cream over the chocolate until you get a homogeneous cream.

Allow to cool and cut the tops to the same size. Put a vanilla top on which you spread the chocolate cream, over which you put the cocoa top, again the cream and the remaining vanilla top.

On top I decorated with white icing and chocolate flakes.

Leave the cake in the fridge for an hour or more.
