Making a salad of oranges and apples:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

To begin with, we put the raisins with nuts on the kitchen table in turn and sort them out, while removing any kind of rubbish. After that, we first throw it back in a colander, rinse thoroughly under trickles of cold running water and leave it in the sink to allow excess liquid to glass. Then we dip the dried grapes with paper kitchen towels, send it to a deep plate and pour it with wine vinegar, orange juice, and olive oil. Mix everything with a tablespoon until smooth and leave at room temperature to infuse for 7-10 minutes either before use.

In the meantime, break the nuts into large pieces and pour them into a clean bowl. We also wash and dry apples with oranges. Using a sharp kitchen knife, cut each fruit into 2 halves, remove the core with stones and tail from them. Further, if desired, peel the apples from the skin and cut their flesh into small cubes or slices 1.5-2 centimeters thick.

We remove the peel of citrus so that there are no white fibers on the surface that contain bitter oils. Then we disassemble them into segments and remove from them an intermediate membrane - a white delicate film. Further, leaving the pulp of oranges in the form as it is, or chop in the same way as apples, and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: prepare a salad of oranges and apples.

Sliced ​​citruses, fruits and nuts into a deep bowl. Dress them with raisin sauce and other delicious ingredients. Mix everything with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency. We tighten the dishes with a practically ready-made salad with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 5-7 minutes. After that, season it to taste with salt, black pepper, mix again and serve to the table.

Salad of oranges and apples is served as a snack before the first or second hot dishes in a bowl specially designed for this purpose, immediately after cooking or in a chilled form.
