Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Legs in Pumpkin
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Small pumpkin 2 pcs.
- Chicken leg 4 pcs.
- Potato 4 pcs. about.
- Eggplant 1 pc.
- Onion 100 g approx.
- Garlic 1 clove.
- Cream 200 ml. about.
- Cheese 100 g.
- Vegetable oil for frying. taste
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste

Cooking chicken legs in a pumpkin:
Boil chicken legs in salted water for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin in half in length, remove the seeds and excess pulp of the pumpkin, forming a boat. The peel of a pumpkin should be intact without damage, punctures and scratches.
Dice the onion.
Chop the garlic with a knife.
Dice the eggplant.
Fry eggplant in vegetable oil, put in a bowl.
Dice potatoes and fry immediately in vegetable oil. Put in a bowl.
Fry the onions until transparent and put them in a bowl.
Combine the fried vegetables in a bowl, add salt and ground pepper to taste, mix.
Put vegetable mixture in pumpkins not tight.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the pumpkins on the parchment, align and fix the pumpkins so that they do not turn over. I did this with pieces of potato.
