Wallets with mushrooms and chicken breast


Since I had left over the mixture ready for mushrooms and I also have pie sheets in the fridge, I thought of making some wallets.

  • 100g grated cheese

RECIPE PREPARATION Wallets with mushrooms and chicken breast:

I took a sheet of paper, sprinkled it with oil and folded it in half, wide. I added a little cheese, a tablespoon of stuffing and cheese on top again and packed them; see photo.

I prepared a baking paper tray in which I placed my wallets. I beat an egg with a brush, greased them well, and sprinkled sesame seeds on top.

I put the tray in the preheated oven for 20 'until they are nicely browned. I served them hot with yogurt on top. A delight…
