Small pan, stove, cutting board, kitchen knife, colander or sieve, kitchen potholders, plate - 2 pieces, medium bowl, tablespoon, salad bowl

Cooking onions with mayonnaise:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

We lay the eggs in a small pan and fill with ordinary cold water so that the liquid completely covers the component. We put the container on medium heat and wait for the contents to boil. Immediately after that we detect 10 minutes and cook hard-boiled eggs. After the allotted time has passed, turn off the burner, and put the pan using kitchen tacks in a sink under a stream of cold water.

When the component has completely cooled down and becomes room temperature, clean it with clean hands and transfer to a cutting board. Using a knife, chop the eggs into pieces and pour them into a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the onions.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running warm water. Then we lay out the component on a cutting board and chop into thin strips. I usually cut the onion into two parts and each shredder lengthwise.
Now pour the straw into a colander and rinse under a stream of cold water from the tap. And so that the onion does not bitter, scald it with boiling water. For a while, we leave the component aside so that excess liquid comes out of it.

Step 3: prepare onions with mayonnaise.

In a medium bowl, spread the chopped onion, chopped eggs and fill everything with mayonnaise. To taste, add salt and black pepper. Now, using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.

That's it, our salad is ready!

Step 4: serve onions with mayonnaise.

Pour the dish into the salad bowl and serve to the table with slices of bread. It would seem such a simple salad recipe, but how delicious and satisfying it is at the expense of eggs.
Bon appetit to all!

Recipe Tips:

- for beauty, you can sprinkle salad before serving fresh herbs parsley or dill;

- instead of chicken eggs, quail can be added to the dish. Then, based on the ingredients specified in the recipe, it is necessary to take at least 10-12 pieces;

- the higher the fat content of mayonnaise, the richer the salad. I usually use 68-76% sauce.
