First we prepare the filling, clean and grate the apples, squeeze them well then add the sugar and cinnamon.
Prepare the dough as follows: oil, sugar, milk and egg mix well, well until the sugar melts, add the ammonia and baking powder quenched with lime or lemon juice, add the vanilla sugar, slowly add the flour and mix well until you get a non-stick dough.
Divide the dough in two, spread the first sheet and place in the lined tray (butter, flour).
Put the apple well, well squeezed then the second sheet. Put the tray in the oven at an average temperature of 25-30 minutes (until it turns golden)
Let it cool a bit and then garnish with the meringue beaten on a bain marie.
