Put chopped garlic in a small bowl, and add mayonnaise and chicken seasoning to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. That's it, the gas station is ready, we can start cooking.

Step 4: cook the whole chicken in the oven with mayonnaise.

Preheat oven to temperature 180 ° C. Meanwhile, with clean hands, grease the chicken on all sides with a dressing of mayonnaise and garlic. Immediately after that, lay the carcass on a baking sheet and put in the oven to an average level. We cook the dish until it is covered with a golden crust. Attention: baking time depends on the size of the chicken. The average bird approximately reaches a pronounced rosy in 1.5 hours. After the allotted time with the help of kitchen tacks, we take out the container from the oven and check the degree of readiness of the meat. To do this, pierce the edge of the knife with a chicken in a soft place (for example, thigh or abdomen). If a pale pink liquid flows out of the hole, then you need to extend the bird’s baking time for 10-15 minutes.

At the end, turn off the oven and immediately start serving the dining table.

Step 5: Serve the whole chicken in the oven with mayonnaise.

We still hold the hot chicken, holding it with a wooden spatula, with the help of kitchen tongs we put it on a special flat plate. Optionally, you can cut the bird in advance into portions.

I usually serve the whole dish, and chop it at the table. This gives my relatives an appetite for a walk and then they enjoy my meal with such love. I am in joy!
