A delicious soup with some really giant dumplings, a personal record :)).

The recipe for the soup is very simple, a classic soup with vegetables and chicken.

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken soup with 'giant' dumplings:

I put a pot of water on the fire. When the water started to boil I added the wings, carrots and chopped onion. Then I put finely chopped celery, peppers and potatoes.

When the vegetables boiled I added the tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil and I adjusted the salt.

I prepared the dumplings from 2 beaten eggs mixed with 10 tablespoons of semolina and salt.

I put a cup of cold water in the soup pot and set the fire very low.

I gradually put the composition for the dumplings in the soup with a spoon. Then I turned on the heat and let it boil.

When the dumplings were boiling, I put the finely chopped parsley and turned off the heat.
