Easter dessert with cheese and sour cream

In a bowl put the flour, salt and sugar.

Mix well, add the soft butter and mix until the butter is completely incorporated.

Add the egg and gradually the warm milk until you get an elastic and smooth dough.

Let the dough cool for about 2-3 hours.

Prepare the filling: Rub the cheese with the sugars.

Add whole eggs, sour cream, flour, orange peel, rum and mix well.

Finally we put the raisins.

Spread the dough in a thin sheet and put it in a greased form (with removable walls of 21 cm).

Pour over the cheese composition, level the edges.

On top you can decorate with leftover dough and raisins and spread with beaten egg yolk.

Bake at 180 ° C for 50 minutes - check with a knife, the blade should come out clean.

Allow to cool completely before serving.
