Fluffy pancakes (PANCAKES) Recipe + Video

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared POWDERED PANCAKES! Their country of origin is the USA and they are prepared from basic ingredients such as flour, milk, eggs, etc. They are fluffy, airy, soft and delicious. They are prepared very quickly and you can serve them with honey, maple syrup, jam, condensed milk. With nuts, seeds, fruits, etc. I hope you like my recipe today and prepare it with pleasure. I wish you a day as tasty as possible and good appetite!

  • 500 ml. - milk
  • 400 gr. - flour
  • 60 gr. - melted butter
  • 3 teaspoons - baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 teaspoon - salt
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla essence

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour into a bowl: milk, butter, eggs, vanilla essence and mix everything together.
  2. Then take another bowl and put in it the flour, baking powder, salt and mix a little.
  3. Then pour the liquid composition over the solid one and start incorporating them. It is very important not to mix too much. It is normal for this composition to have lumps. Only in this way will you receive fluffy pancakes.
  4. Grease a non-stick pan with oil and pour a small piece of dough, giving it a round shape.
  5. When you see bubbles appear on the surface, it means it's time to turn the pancake.
  6. Serve hot pancakes with honey, maple syrup, jam, forks, seeds or anything else you want. Good appetite!
