Washed and dried pork is beaten with a hammer as in slices. Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Let cool until you prepare the following mixture: clean, wash and then cut the parsley, onion and pepper. bowl, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and grease each slice with the mixture above. Roll and catch in toothpicks. Place the rolls in a bowl. Pour the wine and a glass of water over them and put in the oven. Leave until the meat is browned and well done. About 15 minutes before removing from the oven pour the broth on which I seasoned with salt and pepper and add the bay leaves. Let the sauce drop.
Remove from the oven and put the sauce in a saucepan and wipe the rolls well with an absorbent towel, let them cool and then cut the right slices.
Serve as such or with a garnish and of course sprinkled with sauce.
