- 6-7 boiled potatoes, 150 g mushrooms
- 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- Dill (to taste), 100 g breadcrumbs
- Ground salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Sunflower oil
Method of preparation:
Peel an onion and finely chop it. Pour a little sunflower oil into a pan. When it heats up, add the onion and sauté it lightly.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. We wash the mushrooms and chop them finely. Add to the pan with the onion, carrot and mushrooms. We fry the vegetables.
Peel the potatoes and grate them. Put them in a bowl and then add the fried vegetables. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Add finely chopped garlic and dill.
Also, add breadcrumbs and mix. We should get a uniform mixture that we can easily shape.
From the resulting mixture we make the buns on which we place on a tray lined with baking paper or greased with oil and sprinkled with wheat flour.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. The baking time can vary from one oven to another, so it would be good to check the potato meatballs from time to time.
5 minutes before the end, grease the meatballs with sunflower oil. Let them bake until golden. Have fun with your loved ones and increase your cooking!
Potatoes stuffed with cheese and smoked
Another delicious recipe with potatoes: stuffed potatoes.
- 8 potatoes suitable for large
- 200 g butter
- 100 g of sheep's milk
- 150 g of cheese
- 150 g smoked ham
- 1/2 teaspoon dried greens (thyme)
- a few sprigs of fresh greens.
Method of preparation
The potatoes are washed and placed in aluminum foil. Immediately afterwards, put them in the pan and bake in the hot oven for about an hour.
Meanwhile, put the butter in a bowl and rub the foam. Season to taste with salt and pepper and season with dried greens. This composition is placed in aluminum foil and molded into a rod. Then let it cool for an hour to harden.

Marinating pork in brine
Brine is an effective form of tenderizing meat. I prepared a simple brine with cold water in which I dipped the thick slice of pork or ham. I put 25 g of salt in each liter of cold water. I covered the bowl with a plate and put it in the fridge for 24 hours. I turned the meat from side to side so that it was well covered with brine. You can put a weight on it to keep it submerged.
About the benefits of marinating meat I told a lot here. A meat that is in this cold brine will be 10 times tenderer and juicier than one that is cooked without being brine.
How to grow the rind on the slice of ham or ham?
The next day I took the bowl out of the cold, threw the brine and whipped the whole piece of meat well.
