Fried brain


I have come across many ways to prepare the brain, now I come with my recipe that I consider simpler, I am waiting for your opinion!

  • 1kg pork brain
  • 2 eggs
  • 1cana faina
  • 1cana pesmet
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • frying oil

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Bread Bread:

We keep the brain in cold water for 10 minutes, then we burn it for 3 to 4 minutes in water with 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of vinegar; beaten, in another flour and in another the breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper; we pass the brain through flour, egg, breadcrumbs and fry it in a lot of oil; after it has browned nicely, we take it out on kitchen and serve it with lemon.
